35th Annual Southeast Regional Festival

Michigan Arts Access celebrates the 35th Anniversary of the Southeast Regional Festival. The festival moved online during the Covid19 pandemic, which allowed artists and musicians with disabilities from around the state the opportunity to participate for the first time. Now in its 7th year online, the festival continues to be a free event open to the public. We encourage people with disabilities to create a short video of their creative endeavors that can be included in the festival. Videos should be less than 5 minutes long and demonstrate some creative activity, including, but not limited to, a musical or theatrical performance, an arts or crafts demonstration, or a visual artist showing their artwork.
